This is a quiet duplex with 2 bedrooms upstairs. Except for the kitchen, the unit has a new carpet (no dogs, cats, sorry). The kitchen and living room are downstairs. Also, downstairs is an additional 1/2 bath. The advertised back-facing bedroom (14x12 ft^2) has a large walk-in closet ( approx 5x4 ft^2), and a California King Bed and shelf with extra space to spare.
Street parking with a parking pass (in hand) is available. Total utilities run around $120 a month.
Depending on your length of stay, you will be added to the lease.
