This is a gated community with 13 separately owned units. Our unit is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story townhome, roughly 1,300 SQ ft, with a private backyard. The unit is heavily insulated for extra privacy. Fully stocked kitchen and furnished living room with inhouse washer and dryer. The room being offered is a single room downstairs. We’re located in the SoFA district, walking distance to SJSU with easy access to all the major highways. There is only permit street parking at the moment. *Pets are negotiable.

Housemate CJ (left), I’m a very chill and clean person. I work for a local school district and will sometimes work from home. I love to cook and consider myself a gamer who will usually be in my room gaming when I’m not working. Housemate Kevin (right), also loves to cook and game. Teaches at a high school during the day. I love being in my space and exploring the neighborhood. We’re both very clean and respectful roomies. 420 friendly. We’re looking for a housemate who’s financially stable, clean & organized, and will vibe well with us.
