Charlotte's room

I feel safe living in this area, and it is close to a lot of shopping centers and a few miles from the freeway. There is a gym, pool, sauna and indoor mail room that is only accessible for tenants. There is visitor parking and 1 secured parking spot. No extra fees there. Water, Trash and sewage is paid by the landlord and the electricity and internet is split evenly. The room that is available on July 1st is a master bedroom with a private full bath (1,200) per month.

First and last month due upon signing the lease. There will be a background check and credit check as well.

I am pretty quiet and respectful! I clean up after myself and would expect the same for my future roomie! I work and go to school, so I am fairly busy. I am okay with having friends over but be respectful of the noise level and our space. Don’t hesitate to reach out! Tell me a little about yourselves and what you do!
