Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to re-sign a 12 month lease with me starting July 1st.

The available room will be the flex bedroom (approx. 13x7 feet) that already has the wall up. It faces south and gets great sunlight! I’m working on re-decorating the living room. The kitchen is on the small side, but fully functional!

Location is E 88th and 1st (UES/Yorkville). Rent would be $1300 - utilities (wifi + ConEd) not included.

There is an elevator and laundry in building.

Great location close to transportation - 5 min walk to Q train, 10 min walk to 4/5/6, 2 min walk to M86, 5 min walk to M15. Also, about a 7 min walk to the ferry stop at E 90th. Really close to the beautiful Carl Schurz Park!

There’s lots of great bars/restaurants nearby. Also 5-10 min walk to Fairway, Whole Foods, Ulta, Target, and Sephora on 86th street.

I’m 25 and I’m an Account Manager at a tech company. My work is currently hybrid, I WFH 4 days a week. Hoping to find a female roommate in their mid-20s that is clean and respectful of communal space.
