Robin's room

Great 2 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment looking for a late 20s/ 30-something professional to move in by mid-June/ July for a year long lease. 5 minute walk from the Addison red line. Lots of space and light, washer-dryer ($1 per load) on bottom floor, dishwasher, central air, parking spot (I don’t have a car, so it’s all yours), storage space in the basement, private balcony and larger shared porch. In the summer, you can sort of hear Cubs games while drinking a beer on the balcony, but not from inside the apartment. (Unfortunately, no pets.) The common spaces are 95% furnished but your bedroom is not.

I’m a 29 year old graphic designer working for a small branding agency. I love spending time with family and friends, spending time outdoors, and good food and drinks. I’ve lived in Chicago for 7 years, and this apartment for over 3 years. I’m clean and considerate, don’t have people over often, and work from home a couple days a week. I’ve been lucky enough to get along really well with my last couple roommates, and hope to find someone who will be another great fit!
