Tim's room

Private room available in large 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex with parking, in unit laundry, dishwasher, and continuous hot water. I’ve lived here for a couple of years and have nothing bad to say about the unit, the only real drawback is that it’s on a major street, so the noise can be bad.

I’m a 30 year old working professional, engineering student, and maker. I generally keep to myself, as I’m constantly busy. Typically not the neatest of people, but I do try (and fail) to keep things reasonable. If I’m home, it’s almost certain that I have music playing, so if you need an orderly and quiet environment, we probably won’t mesh. I don’t drink, smoke, or take recreational drugs, but don’t mind if you do; no smoke or vaping indoors, though. I’m open to people from all walks and stages of life.
