This is a 3 story house with each floor it’s own apartment. I’m looking for a roommate to split the 2nd floor with me when my sister moves out at end of June. Place is a Gem. 2 bedroom, 1 bath-tub/shower, sunroom, living room, dining room, kitchen w/gas stove, double wide/deep sink, food prep hallway. This place has Lots of Windows with sun, laundry in unit, parking for each of our cars, and a back porch to lounge on a nice day that has a wall of bamboo for privacy. Its on a side street that’s pretty quiet but a few streets away from Brighton center. Close green line access and a few buses.

Rent is 1200, Utilities and internet are usually about 160 split.

Ive got a spreadsheet for month to month. Gas, electric, internet average about 310 a month, not each- that’s split.
The other tenants of the 3 story house- top floor keep to themselves a nice couple, pretty quiet. Bottom floor actually my sisters personal close friends. Very nice people, very smart, love to bake and cook. I would love to FaceTime and share a little about ourselves to see if we would be a great match to take over this little Gem near Boston.
