Nice size room with closet, and view. Washer,and dryer upstairs on a landing area. It’s a 3 bedroom,2,& a half bath. Shared bathroom with 1 male in 50s. I have 2 sweet, small dogs that either go with me, or are in my room, and 2 cats. Not able to have anymore pets. We are very clean, and respect privacy. Small living room, and kitchen. Not a lot of room for storage other that the garage should fit a few things. It’s a really cute privately owned condo ( townhome.) Close to restaurants, and shopping.

We are both in our 50s. Male, and female. We go to bed early, and get up early during the weekdays. He smokes ( on patio.) Moderate drinking is fine. I enjoy happy hour on the patio occasionally. We are both unvaccinated, and conservatives.
