“Picasso Room” (Available) This space is a Modern B&W decor w/ Picasso Artwork. Queen bed, closet, Desk, Chair, TV, Microwave, Mini Frige.

There is a Coffee bar with assortment of keurig pods available. Reverse osmosis water faucet in kitchen. Beautiful Lush landscape gardens. Indoor/outdoor dining. Pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, grill, gazebo.

I am looking for a proffessional roommate, after initial lease there would be an option to stay if it’s a good fit.
