South Spencer Avenue

I am currently living in a duplex. My roommate is not renewing her lease because she got married so I am looking for someone to take her room. It is the largest room in the house. I do have my six year old half of the week and she has the smallest room. The house is already furnished but your room would be empty. I take care of the internet because I work from home. I have the electricity under my name and I ask you have the gas in yours. The lease is for a year and would need to fill out an application through my landlord to be approved. Please feel free to ask any questions! Im alcohol and 420 friendly but nothing else in the house.

I am very outgoing, love to cook and love movies. I like to go out every once in a while but I’ve become a homebody most of the time.
