This cozy home is on a quiet block in a beautiful and green neighbourhood walking distance to a lake. The Master bedroom is huge and currently furnished. There is a walk in closet and attached bathroom. The home has two living rooms so you will have the main living to yourself most of the time.

I am in my late thirties. I work from home as a trainer. I do not have anyone else living in the house but I may rent out the third bedroom occasionally. I enjoy wine, cooking, art, and dancing. I like to have a peaceful positive house so positivity and mutual respect are really important for me.
