Immaculate and private, this home is near to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. There’s two rooms available, the lighter one is available at the end of September. The blue room is available in July. Single professional female occupant only please. The rooms are fully furnished, including TVs. The home is quiet and peaceful, as we can enjoy each other’s company yet respect one another’s privacy. There’s internet, laundry and kitchen privileges. Utilities included, except for electric. I cover the solar cost.
About the roomies
I am retired but active.I have the prerequisite cats, including one who thinks he owns the place. I’m big on keeping things clean and tidy. There’s always some new project going on. I like to read, sew, quilt and paint. I’m not into food that much as it’s just me
