Immaculate and private, this home is near to restaurants, entertainment. There’s two rooms available; the lighter color room is larger and is $900/month plus security. The blue room is $850/month plus security. Single professional female occupant only please. No children, animals, or couples. The rooms are fully furnished, including TVs. The home is quiet and peaceful, as we enjoy each other’s company yet respect our privacy. There’s internet, laundry and kitchen privileges.

I am retired but active.I have the prerequisite cats, including one who thinks he owns the place and someday I will correct that (when he lets me).
