Vicki's room

Three bedroom home with a spare furnished or unfurnished 10x10 room for rent. Home is located in central Simi Valley, near the freeway, public transportation, shopping, and restaurants/fast food. Home has backyard pool. Home has new flooring throughout and an updated kitchen. Tenant will have access to kitchen, dining room with TV, and backyard/pool. Laundry area will be assigned to 2 days per week. Tenant is permitted to eat in the rented room if dishes and all food items are cleaned daily. If you have your own microwave, this is permitted in the room. Bathroom is shared with a male college student. No pets, smoking/vaping, marijuana or firearms. No overnight guests, quiet time of 10 pm requested.

I am a retired individual with 2 chihuahuas. The dogs are friendly, but can bark a lot at times. Occasionally my family and their kids will visit, but generally I keep to myself and the home is not a busy atmosphere.
