Michael's room

I am testing the waters. I have a 4 bedroom house with 3 guest rooms upstairs. I am thinking of renting one out. The bathroom is private unless I have a guest from out of time for a day or two. I am looking for a female that is not a party person. Preferably over 35 and is clean. I am not home much and I have 1 dogs that’s runs the house.

I live alone at this time. I have had roommates in the past. I work a lot and not home much in the day. I travel a lot at times. I am not a party guy and you will not have to worry about partying and loud music. I am very respectful of other people and there space.
