Nice one bedroom with private bathroom attached in a beautiful quaint and quiet neighborhood ! it is currently furnished with the bare minimum meaning as a mattress and The frame to hold it along with two nightstands two lamps and a small dresser and rug, you are welcome to bring your own furnishings and I can move everything that is no problem either. I also have a in-home gym fully equipped with all weights and exercise machines I also work a lot and I’m very picky but super easy-going and really chill and also but friendly and love animals more than anything so if you’re reading this that is a must in order to come into my home lol because I have a dog who is like a son to me if not more. I am asking 1200 with utilities included if you cannot do that I am asking 1000 and you will pay half of the bills with me . As well I have a two car garage and two parking spaces and the house is also a two-story there is a loft upstairs with an entertainment center and TV as well as the living room downstairs with TV you are welcome to all areas of the home except for my bedroom, I have a washer and dryer available for use as well and a beautiful garden but once again the neighborhood is quiet safe and very kid friendly the schools are great and so is the area! Very good location very central and close to everything. Looking for somebody who is animal friendly and a female maybe with a child that wouldn’t matter and somebody to just come move in and help me with the bills and somebody that I can get along with and we can Fulfill responsibilities together.

Well first off I am 27 years old and widowed I have dog and a horse who I love more than my life, I work quite a bit but my house is full of cameras so I can always check on my dog because once again he is my baby also like I said I work a lot I don’t have many people over ever just maybe a few different specific people but I am not a loud or crazy person I am looking for somebody 420 friendly as I do have my medical marijuana license and I do need my medicine. But lol either way looking for someone that shares the same qualities and also unfortunately no pets are excepted unfortunately my dog does not play well with others.
