We have a bedroom available August 1 at $607/mo. Sharing common bathroom with two others (three people in house share a bathroom). Split utilities four ways. Additional full months rent for one-time deposit, plus one-time $122.50 fee for a washer and dryer we purchased for the house.

We are looking for a female roommate, preferably mid-twenties to mid-thirties. The house is four bedroom two bath, and two of the four of us are moving soon. We’ve recently filled one of the rooms, so we have one left to fill! The two of us that will still be at the house are late twenties and early thirties females.
