We have an our finished one bedroom unit that is available . It has a private bathroom with Laundry hook ups. Also has a living area with a kitchenette that has range and microwave, frigid. The bathroom has a shower only unfortunately, the unit is partially furnished ( prefer to keep in place ) but open to add some of your own furniture if there is room, with the rent internet is included but tenants are responsible for 25% utilities cost we ask for 1 year least , no pets ,private access through the back door . Access to a front and back yard, close to schools and stores very quiet neighborhood , we prefer female roommates open for couples and kids are ok but space is limited ,parking would be on the street, Applications are available to be picked up . I don’t ask for any money unless we both agree and unit has been viewed
