my partner and i are looking for a new roommate as our roommate informed us that shes moving out . we’re not exactly sure when shes moving out , she hasnt given us a set date , but likely sometime in june . rent , wifi , and electricity would be split between evenly between us . every few months we have to pay back a portion of the water bill . it’s a 2 bedroom apartment , my partner and i are in one room and the other room is available . we are fine with couples and would prefer trans or queer roommate(s) . theres a cute lil park with a river thats about a five to ten minute walk down the street .

my name is fig im a disabled non binary trans masc person , my partner is everin and theyre a demifem person . we are covid conscious ( i cannot get sick ) and need a roommate who is also covid conscious . we have 2 emotional support cats , one is named cosmo and the other is named luci , our apartment has a 2 pet maximum so sadly we cannot welcome anymore furry friends into the home . im home most the time and unable to work since im disabled . we are both spiritual and need a roommate thats comfortable with this and is okay with us doing our practice . i love plants and very much enjoy taking care of them .
