East Sims Avenue

Hey sorry about the pictures i just bought this house and moved in , the stuff will be moved out of the rooms when you move in. I have 2 bedrooms for rent, I am looking for quiet but cool roommates. I work overnights so i would need it quiet in the late afternoon and evening to sleep. I have a dog, her name is daisy she is extremely friendly and short haired. I am looking for about $800 a month which includes utilities and wifi. There is no central air but i have window units. I am planning on getting central ac at some point. there is fire pit in the back yard for bonfires. and a decent sized deck. There is only street parking which kinda sucks. i would prefer no more animals but that is also not a deal breaker if they get along.

I am looking for someone chill, who doesn’t lean too far either way on the political scale, i tend to lean a little more left but if you lean right thats a not a deal breaker. I enjoy games, Marvel movies all kinds of tv
