Inside the room you have a desk, chair, and a full size bed with memory foam mattress. New ceiling fans. We also keep the whole house air conditioned (or heated) as needed. There’s a walk-in closet and your private bathroom with a soaking tub.

Utilities (internet, electric and gas) are included in your rent payment.

Move in will require: first month (will prorate)+ $2000 deposit (refundable upon move out minus unpaid rent, incident or damages).
