Hi Everyone! I am renting out a room with a private bathroom. The room is big with a ceiling fan and a spacious closet. The bathroom is renovated with a beautiful tile and marble sink counter top.

All Utilities will be split 3 ways

The home you will be living in has a half acer backyard, a garage with storage space, a huge pool, downstairs living room with a large brick fireplace, flat screen TV and fire stick, small gym with weights and treadmill, a front yard landscaper, onsite parking in our 6 car driveway, a cute little french library nook to read or have coffee, onsite washer and dryer, a massive kitchen with full amenities and a fire pit to spend your summer nights. ALL of this is for you to use at your leisure! You are not just renting out the room, but I’d like my home to be yours too. Location is 7 min away from the American River, 20 min from Folsom, 20 min from Downtown Sac and at the heart of shopping and great hiking.

Please be dog friendly as I have 130 pound Great Pyrenese/ Nuflander/ Aussie that is the love of my life. He is quiet, friendly, well trained and is about to be the love of your life too. I am a professional working woman that has her own little company, meaning I am either in my office or out and about on my job sites. The two of us are looking for someone down to earth, friendly, clean and doesn’t ask questions before my morning coffee.
