I have a room for rent in Grand Prairie all bills paid internet included. $750 a month. Appliances and common areas are furnished, you would only have to furnish your room. 3 roommates shared bath except for renter in master bedroom. Garage space is paid for by other renter and already occupied. Renters mostly keep to themselves and rarely use the common areas. I come to the house from time to time for yard work.
