Looking to fill a large unfurnished basement room (with its own updated bathroom) in a beautiful 3 bedroom home located near the heart of 9th and 9th. This spacious and clean house has garage space + original hardwood floors with a wide-open concept upstairs and a spacious basement with a separate bedroom and bathroom downstairs (which will be yours!) There is another office with french doors off the living room. The newly remodeled basement has one spacious bedroom, three storage rooms, and a family room. Newly remodeled kitchen. Huge detached two-car garage and a maintenance-free backyard area for BBQs.

Our names are Ry (he/him/his) and Gabë (she/her/hers) and we are a pair of friends who are working professionals in our mid-late twenties. We look to cultivate a clean and healthy environment that supports our career development (and yours!) and we both often work from home. We both love to ski, climb, bike, and get outside as often as possible.

At this time we are looking for one more clean + respectful + considerate person who is also a working professional or graduate student to join us.
