Private room, furnished, in a 3 bedroom apartment with private bathroom and walk-in closet. The room is large with a huge window, great light, high ceilings, bed, desk, dresser. This is not a sublet, you are taking over the lease (move out July 31), then you have the option to sign a 12 month lease. This building usually does not have availability. They are filling spots now for next school year. This is a way to get into this building early. All furniture, including bed, are provided by the building. Utilities included. The Grad is a student-friendly, rent by the room building (nearly all living here are students but it’s not required). Super clean. The building is only 2 years old, same for the furniture. I am graduating in May and need to leave two months before my lease is up. Washer and dryer in the unit. Parking spot available for additional cost through the building management.
