ASAP TO JULY 9th Great two bedroom apartment townhouse in Abbington Hills community. Looking for two roommates (you’ll each have your own room). There’s two Bathrooms one shower. IN UNIT LAUNDRY! Water is included in rent! We’re going to be staying with my parents sometimes cos I got a job in Fairfax but we really love this place. It has a patio sliding door and lots of green space (perfect if you have a dog). Must have okay credit and criminal background. We have a dog and a cat and it was no problem getting them approved. (Our pets are coming with us). You’ll have to pay a pet fee depending on what kinda pet it is. Lots of parking space, Community pool, and dog park. Perfect if you have an internship or are looking for some summer housing. We won’t be in the house much because of my job so you’ll pretty much have the place to yourself. Pls contact us asap!
