Open floor plan, lots of sunlight. kept very clean a mix of hardwood/travertinne flooring and Contemporary furnishings, Three levels, garage and office on lower level, 2nd floor has 1/2 bath, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, dining room, large great room and patio with BBQ and Spa. 3rd floor has the 3 bedrooms, one side off to the left of the stairs is the master bedroom, the other side off to the right is our hobby room, your room and your private bathroom.

Town Home Complex has Heated Pool, Club House with Kitchen, Pool-Table and Separate Sitting area with a 75inch Flat-screen TV. Your Monthly Rent Includes Full access to Pool and Club House.
