Hey there, I am renting out a room in my home that I just recently remodeled. The room includes utilities and internet. The room has a T.V mount already installed to accommodate most T.Vs and is 12 by 11.5 feet. The bathroom is shared by another tenant of mine and has also been remodeled with new fixtures and a refinished bathtub. The house has two refrigerators, a large living room, a fire pit, grill, and kitchen with all basic essentials. Looking for preferably a male aged 23-30 as we are around this age range that is clean and responsible. A lease will be for 6 months but can be renewed if you enjoy your stay. Must be ok with a friendly cat.

My name is kyus, I am 26 years old and own the house. I am a server at Fleming’s and mainly work nights. My other tenant is 27 years old and works with locating foster families for youth and mainly does this from home. My hobbies include playing videogames and watching movies. My roommate is a massive horror movie fan.
