Private unfurnished room and private bath in a 3BR apartment shared with 1 other roommate. Bright, high-ceilings, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, central heat/AC, a private porch, outdoor patio, W/D, ample storage space, street parking (with permit), <1 min to Whole Foods and Walgreens; ~1mi to Central T stop on Red Line. Note: I do not plan to fill the 3rd bedroom with a 3rd roommate, it will just be 2 of us in a 3BR apartment. It will likely be used as a flex space (e.g. in-home office + workout space).

I’m a female in my late-twenties. I am pretty easy-going and independent, and enjoy keeping a clean, neat home, and am respectful and considerate regarding noise and guests. I enjoy running, cooking/baking, low-key weeknights, and weekend nights that are a mix of Netflix, having friends over, and going out to local bars and restaurants. I’m social and friendly, but also enjoy quiet time at home. I just graduated from business school and will be working full time, likely from home 2 days a week and in the office for the other 3 days. I’m looking for one other female roommate to join me in this lovely Inman Square apartment!
