It is a three bedroom/two full bathroom apartment. with washer and dryer. as nice pool and gym with easy access to 45. It is the springview floor plan at camden spring creek. My lease starts on June 4 for 13 months

I am 32 and work in sales. I am only off on Sundays, sometimes Wednesdays, and spend most of my time at work. Even Sundays I’m always out enjoying my day off. I will be only using one bedroom and one bathroom. I’m renting out the either the other two bedrooms to one person who can potentially use one room for a bedroom and one for a living room or the master bedroom and main living room. I’m very easy going and just need a nice quiet place to come home to after a long day at work. In the process of planning to build a house on my land so just wanting to have a roommate to help with rent so I can put more money towards my house.
