Hello, I’m 35 Hispanic male. I have a house in Cicero which is right by 35th & Central. I’m currently living alone and looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom. No cats/dogs, I’m very allergic

The house: It’s a 2 bedroom house. The bedrooms have lock and key for privacy. Bedroom comes furnished with full size bed, 3 drawer dresser, 2 drawer nightstand and small TV stand (no tv); shared Kitchen, Living room with tv, one bathroom, den with tv, laundry in basement. Deck in backyard. House is literally 2 minutes from I55 highway. There are some pace buses down the street on central. Utilities included, water, heat, electric, wifi

Please include age, sex, and move in time frame as well as how long you are planning on staying. Include your job as well. Please have a steady job to be able to pay the rent. Thank you.

I’m a quiet person and very clean and organized and generally keep to myself. Looking to rent out the extra room to help pay the mortgage. I am working as a truck driver for the USPS and work 7am-330pm/530pm depending on overtime. Work weekends too. I enjoy going to white Sox games when I can, Netflix - sci fi and fantasy (game of thrones, Witcher, matrix, etc), PlayStation and love anime. Not really looking to be best friends or anything I’m just looking for someone to help pay the bills. Someone clean. I’ve had male roommates before and while I served in the army and they are always messy which I don’t like so I would prefer female roomate but male is fine too if clean. I don’t need you to be super clean but I don’t like having garbage and everything laying everywhere. In your private room is your business but our shared space I would like to stay clean.
