Me and my roommate are looking for a third addition to our apartment in Burbank since our other roommate will be relocating for work. I am a 23-year-old female who is a student and also works as a supervisor at Starbucks and the other roommate is a 26-year-old female who works as a server at Granville. I also have an emotional support husky dog named Popsicle. She’s a very good girl and loves almost everyone she meets. With that being said, we are NOT OPEN TO MORE ANIMALS OR KIDS strictly due to any potential conflict. We are open to both a male or female roommate 22-35 years old. We are looking for someone who is clean and picks up after themselves and who is also considerate to others when it’s needed like staying quiet if someone needs to get up early in the morning. We are: LGBTQ+ allies, 4/20 & alcohol friendly, animal lovers, big night owls (but we stay quiet when needed), and just all-around chill but responsible people and are looking for someone who is the same. ABOUT THE APARTMENT: -Living room photos included are not current. Current photos pending. -Spacious living room with L couch, full use kitchen with necessary appliances, balcony shared by all of us -Complex laundry room -Very close walk or drive to pretty much everything. It’s a 5-minute walk to Downtown Burbank which has a variety of food places to choose from (In N Out, Domino’s, Yardhouse, Buffalo Wild Wings, Starbucks, Finney’s Crafthouse, Barney’s Beanery, Chipotle, etc.), bars, the mall, AMC Theaters, nail salon, hair salon, etc. -Very close drive to grocery stores, IKEA, and fast food places, with a short drive to the Empire Center that has major department stores and restaurants. -Near plenty of hiking spots since we live right under the Verdugo Mountains -Neighborhood is very safe for running, walking, or roaming -Tandem parking ABOUT THE ROOM: -Rent is $773/month with a credit check and application fee -Unfurnished room gets great sunlight and has a small amount of space to add additional furniture -Shared bathroom with the 26-year-old roommate -Utilities include Internet, Gas, and Electricity. Internet= $25/ month, Electricity= $60-$100 (will go up during the summer), and gas is very little ($7-$12) so we alternate between roommates to pay for it.
