This room is a 11 X 17 master bedroom with its own bathroom (FULLY REMODELED) features a queen size sleigh bed with a very comfy mattress and mounted 50 inch tv (all other furniture in the pictures will be removed). In home laundry room, fully upgraded kitchen with 5 burner gas stove. Shared full size refrigerator with storage with one other roommate. Back patio has table and chairs. There is plenty of parking in front of the home.

Price includes rent, electricity, water, gas, internet and some streaming services on the tv. We also have an older boxer/American bulldog whom is very friendly. Move-in date is negotiable anytime around the second week of April. $700 deposit plus background check.
