House is near Skagit Valley College, as well as bus lines in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood.

The house is about 1500 sq ft and the room is about 9 ft by 11 ft not including the closets. The room shares one full bath with one guy, and there is an additional half bath on the ground floor. Washer and dryer are up stairs, conveniently near the the bedrooms. The room is partially furnished with a bed, mirror, and night stand. Rent is all inclusive (utilities, Wi-Fi, garbage). Move in costs are first and last months rent plus $300 security deposit ($1900).

Back ground check, credit check, and proof of income at least 3x rent. And applicable references are preferred. Please no pets. Single occupant only. Please no smoking, drugs or excessive alcohol.

Come live with me and one other guy (two guys). We both work full time Monday thru Friday, and sometimes talk in the kitchen or go on a mountain bike ride. Otherwise we mostly keep to ourselves, keep the house clean, and respect other people’s privacy.
