TWO private rooms for rent with a private bathroom in a lovely 3 bed 2.5 bath house. Located in a very safe and friendly neighborhood only two minutes walk from a beautiful 117 acre park (Carol Joyner Park) with walking trails and occasional community events. The rooms are complete with huge windows, walk-in closet, window seat, built in shelves, no shared wall with other housemate, downstairs exercise room, fenced in backyard, and extra space if you want your own garden area. Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, or drugs allowed.

I am looking for a housemate who is good at communicating, can clean up after themselves, doesn’t smoke, vape, or do drugs, pays rent on time, prefers a positive environment, and won’t mind if I don’t always keep the lawn perfectly mowed and weeded. Pets are welcome, as long as (depending on the pet) you don’t mind a slow introduction between them and my indoor cat. LGBTQIA+ friendly, all genders and ages welcome.

What is included in the $1500 monthly rent:

• Utilities including power, water, high speed internet, purified drinking water, trash and recycling (if you want cable tv that would be additional since I don’t use it)

I am a professional woman who likes to spend my free time playing strategy tabletop games, scuba diving, reading, cooking vegetarian food (of course you can still cook meat), some gardening, going to the theater, traveling internationally, and just relaxing while watching a movie or show with my cuddly cat.

I work remotely with infrequent work trips, but I generally work just in my room with the door closed. Thus if you work remotely in your room also, or want to make your second room an office, we shouldn’t bother each other (there is no shared wall). I drink occasionally, but mainly when going out with friends.
