My name is Gena. I’m described as a modern day Lucille Ball practicing random acts of kindness with a peaceful demeanor and extremely creative.
I’m busy stylist in Studio City area, and I work a pretty random schedule but always early to rise and start fading by 9pm. ‍I’m a social person, but I also need quiet time. My meditative practice takes priority in my life and it’s important that my roommate can respect that. I appreciate the house to be tidy. I’m not OCD about it though. Sometimes things get messy but respectfully we clean up after ourselves, no? I feel like a peaceful quiet zen type of character or serious medical type student would be the best fit (not a lot of partying type), someone courteous with a delightful demeanor that wakes up in gratitude and recognizes the gift of each day. My quirks? I do not cook pork or beef in the house but you are welcome to George Foreman it outside or use my bbq/grill anytime! (eating it is fine in the house! I am just sensitive to the lingering smells when cooked inside). I do have a cat, Bruce Wayne aka Batman. So any other pets would not work. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. I do not have central air but rather window cooling units in each room including ceiling fans. Private driveway. I’m looking for a long term employed awesome roommate.
