1 room for rent, upstairs. Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared areas. Rent is $600 a month. Rent includes all utilities, wifi, room. There is a small fridge/freezer in the room for your use. If you do not wish to use it, it will be removed. You will have access to the fridge in the kitchen but there is not always a lot of room in it, hence the one just for you. There is also a flat screen in the room, you are welcome to use it, if not it will be removed. There are community washer and dryers downstairs provided by the complex. There is a pool. Street parking ONLY. If you are a smoker you must do it outside, complex rules. 5-10 minute drive from Mooney depending on traffic. 5 minute drive from downtown. We get water delivered and have a cooler unit in the kitchen, you are welcome to use it.

A little bit about us, we are a lesbian couple, we keep mostly to ourselves and are not very social. We are pretty quiet and kind. We are 19&20. One of us works as a health care provider and sleeps during the day, the other is a dog trainer with a normal schedule. Our schedules are opposite so one of us is always home during our work week. We cook dinner at home most nights, if there is extra (there usually is) and you like what has been made you are welcome to have some.

About our animals. We have 2 dogs (pictured) and 2 cats. All are very friendly once they get to know you. We are a force free house, we do not hit our animals. We have 1 female dog, she is older and very loving. She doesn’t do much but sleep. We have a 6 month old puppy. He is in training, when home and not supervised he is kenneled. He is mostly quiet but will bark when playing or right when he goes in his kennel. He will settle and be quiet. If you leave something down and he eats it or tears it up, it will not be replaced by us. If you pick up after yourself there shouldnt be a problem. He goes with me to work so he will not be home from 11am-10pm 4 days a week, he will be fixed soon. We have 1 male cat, he is orange. He is super sweet and loves to cuddle. He is fixed so he does not spray. We have 1 female kitten, she will be fixed once old enough. She is grey and white.
