Coal Street

The room is 133 sqft, one wall is mostly windows so the natural light keeps things bright during the day. It is radiator heated in the cold seasons and a cool breeze goes through the apartment if the windows are open. The entire apartment is 1,100 sqft, the living room connects to a spacious balcony and ample space in the back fire escape. The living room (with balcony), kitchen, dining room/office, and laundry room are shared spaces.

There is plenty of free on-street parking. I park right next to the building. There’s 61A bus stop right in front of the building and a bus station a 5 min walk away.

It’s just me. I’m a psychology student at the University of Pittsburgh; I’ll be a junior next term. I tend to be pretty quiet and I’m out of the apartment a good amount between school and work. I have two cats, they keep themselves entertained and spend most of their time in the living room or my room
