It’s a two bedroom apartment. The room available has its own bathroom, walk in closet, shower only. The room is not furnished. It has hardwood floors. I do not cook so the person is welcome to use the kitchen fully. Must be a clean individual. No animals. Must be vaccinated. Must be tidy. Oh their is a washer also a dryer in the apartment that can be used as well. No Bugs what so ever.

I am very laid back. I keep to myself far as the neighbors. Every one seems to mind their own business.
