I am looking for two Responsible roommates interested in teaming up to get a unit at The Carlton of Fort Myers. The unit is a beautiful three bedroom with three bathrooms plus a Den. The unit is called the Kensington, and it is about 1587 sq ft. The layout of this unit is fantastic. Everyone gets their bathroom with their walk-in closet. The lease for this unit will be for 12-15months, so it’s a long-term lease. Also, I have an extra bed if you need to lend one when moving in. I’m looking to lease around October /November. I have excellent renter history, and I’m very responsible been at my current location for two years without any payment issues.
