Room has 2 standing lamps, a full size mattress/box spring and large chair. I have two small, friendly cats and prefer an upbeat, female, non-smoker. I’d like to offer the place as a retreat from the anxiety of the outside world.

Private bedroom/bathroom/includes utilities, Internet, Netflix, Hulu, great heat/AC; available NOW in 2/2 apartment in West Toluca Lake, close to 134, 101 Freeways, up the street from Universal Studios. Garage Parking, Laundry on-site, secure building, 2nd floor unit. TV, Dining area, full kitchen with appliances, furnished living room. Rent is $1155, Deposit $955. Total move in $2110. Minimum 6 months lease. I’m asking for 1 of 3 move in requirements- your choice- 3 verifiable references OR proof of income/paystub OR credit check.
