The room is situated in the basement. The area have its own kitchen with ref, microwave and oven. Dining area is available. Bathroom has access to washer and dryer. House is in the EastSide of Tacoma and 3mins only to I-5 (if driving). Public transportation is a walking distance if you are a commuter.
NO USE of DRUGS , NO-SMOKING and no pet in the property. The room is for 1 person only. We only ask additional $100/month for parking and utilities(water, sewer, trash, wifi, electricity). I will need the following before moving in so please ensure you can provide these before requesting for viewing:

1. $40 non-refundable application fee and must pass background check
2. Proof of income for the last 3 months
3. Minimum stay for at least 6 months
4. First and last month(will serve as security deposit) rent due prior moving

There’s a family of 5 that lives in the mainfloor of the house and they are very friendly. Because the basement has a different entrance from the main floor, you will not see them very often. Downstairs have 2 empty rooms at the moment and would love those filled with good people.
