Ella's room

We are looking for a summer subletter from now to the end of July as well as a new roomate for following year long lease starting August 1st! For a summer sublet, we are not asking for a security deposit but if you are interested in staying for the year long lease it is the same as rent. Our house is right next to campus near the stadium. We have an available room downstairs with tile floors and with a shared bathroom with one roomate. The downstairs has its own fridge and we have a shared kitchen upstairs. We are a house for four girls and have one room available. We are all going to be Seniors at Colorado State and stay busy with school work but we do like to go out occasionally. I do have a cat named Basil and he is very sweet and pets are welcome with a pet deposit.
