10 minutes from Main Street Coupeville and 30 from Oak Harbor. 4000 Sq Foot waterfront home on treed 1.5 acres and plenty of parking. House has separate Workout room, Game Room, Family room and two separate sets of stairs to the second floor. Indoor and outdoor fire places. Rental room is 12 x 18 feet on the second floor with large closet and water view looking over Saratoga Strait and Mt. Baker. Full Bath use and leaving clean will be shared with other house mates. Bedrooms are rather distant from each other and offer good privacy. Gourmet Kitchen to be shared and I have all the necessary gadgets. 2 refrigerators and a stand up freezer also to share. The room is offered month to month. Guests are welcome.
I built the house in 1993. Iām a 61 year old male who works from home at a home office and have a 13 year old indoor cat. Currently have a house mate who is a 48 year old male who works a regular day shift. My cat is very friendly. 8 fun hens have their own coup and contribute appropriately, lol! There is no smoking allowed in or near the house. When it comes to alcohol, noise and awake hours, we are very respectful of others in our use of those and expect the same.
