About the room
Greetings house lookers and finders!
We are a creative bunch of young professional folk who are living in this beautiful craftsman house.
We like: -tiny tea sets -rusty tools -bacon -old cars -bikes -motorcycles -yoga
You should like: -being communal -eating family meals with us -doing your part -wooden floors -yards with gardens
We have one 8x13 room that is available now for 650 a month. Move in cost is first and last month rent and a security deposit. We share a downstairs kitchen, dining room, living room and common areas, backyard and garden. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs one downstairs.
The neighborhood is nice and safe… next to co-ops and families. Parking is available on the street. grocery store is walking distance. The house is located in the Lincoln Park Historic district.
We are movers, makers, shakers, doers, builders and laughers…. we would like to find someone who values these things too. Projects are optional, but it is always lovely to do something together!
Room is priced with utilities included: gas, electric, WiFi, water, trash, washing machine(no dryer).
