Roseville Parkway

It is a three story, four bedroom apartment located in Roseville, California. Currently we each pay roughly $1,300.00 a month for rent. With the additional roommate the price would drop to roughly $960.00 per person. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom. The complex itself includes two pools, two gyms and two club houses for 24hr residential use. As well as a two car garage. The room provided is on the third floor next to the master bedroom plus the washer and dryer.

There are currently three of us, Kyle, Déclin and myself Ty, there is also a husky named Rocky. We have been in this apartment since January of 2022. We are looking for a roommate to fill our empty room
