Lydia & Will's room

We have a two bedroom one bathroom apartment with one unfurnished private room available to rent in a quiet apartment complex off of upper State St. that will be available June 15. The bathroom, living room, and kitchen are shared and furnished so we try to keep those areas clean. The bedroom is unfurnished, except for a desk and two chairs. All utilities (WiFi, gas, and electricity) are included in the rent. No pets are allowed as we already have two cats. There is communal laundry shared with the complex along with several uncovered spots up for grabs. There’s also a bike rack and a swimming pool.

Hello! My name is Lydia and my boyfriend Will and I are looking for someone to fill a private room in our apartment with us. We are both working professionals and also an online grad student (me/Lydia)in our mid-twenties, preferably looking for someone around the same age or early 30s! We have two cats (pictured in living room photo) and are very clean and quiet. On the weekends we like to go out and do things around town, hike, or go to the beach, but we’re also very laidback and have a lot of lazy weekends!
