This 4-plex is sitting in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off Mclaughlin Blvd in Oregon City. Quick access to the freeway and right above a trimet bus stop. The building also has a full view of the Willamette River out the back and has forest/vegetation and wildlife in the front. If you enjoy bird watching, there are plenty of different species of birds that live in the trees right out front. The room being rented is the larger of the 2. It can easily fit a queen size bed and still have extra space. It has a large closet with a small section of built in shelves. This apartment has central heating but no A/C. It does allow window A/C units and Portable A/C units. The unit has a dishwasher and a gas range. There is also a free to use washer/dryer in the basement that is shared between the 4 apartments. The basement also has a large storage closet for each apartment. **This apartment does sit near a very active railroad and trains do run on it throughout the day and night. If train noises don’t bother you and you enjoy river views and wildlife, this is a great place to live!

My name is Kalisa. I am 27 years old. I am a fairly shy and quiet person but also much more open after getting to know someone. I do have 1 dog who lives with me. She is a 6 year old lab mix. She is a bit nervous and can be territorial, but will warm up to people the more she is around them. If you aren’t a dog person, this might not be the best living situation for you.
