This condominium is a beautiful 2 story, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath located in the center of Haven city. Nearby are lots of great restaurants and shopping centers. We’re between the 210 and the 10 on Hermosa and Arrow. Over 350 ft includes wi-fi, laundry access, kitchen access, living room and dinning room access. Bedroom is overlooking the community pool and jacuzzi on the second floor. Big closet with lots of storage space. Shared bathroom with your own personal cubby to store your bath supplies.

Independiente, hardworking, very neat and clean person. Very respectful and lay back person. I work Monday through Friday as a nurse. I consider my home to be a peaceful place in a peaceful and safe community. We all do our own thing here. The other roommates are couples who also work all day and Mostly keep to themselves. Occasionally, on the weekends we have our roomie social time. Bring out the drinks, listen to music and play games. Unwind from a long hard working week. All utilities are included. Cable, wifi, light, gas, water, and trash. Parking is not included. There is parking available inside the complex from 6am till 9 pm after that it will be towed. There is plenty of parking across the street where we normally park.
