Hello, I am looking for a male roommate. You would be my roommate in a 2bed/ 1bath duplex. House has a nice pool and covered back patio area that you have full use of. You have your own bedroom. Bathroom, living room, and kitchen is shared with me.
Neighborhood is very nice suburban neighborhood right off hacienda blvd exit off the 60 fwy, very good commuting location and has grocery store and parks nearby. No overnight guests. No heavy drinking, no drugs or smoking (inside or outside) of any kind. We split chores to keep common areas clean. There is tons of street parking.
Utilities is $100/ month. Lease is month-to-month.
You can have guests over once in a while, but no parties. There is a background check.
About the roomies
Iām 37. Iām a nice considerate responsible guy. I go out most evenings so you will have the place to yourself. Quiet hours after 11.
