Hello, I am looking for a male roommate. You would be my roommate in a 2bed/ 1bath duplex. House has a nice pool and covered back patio area that you are full use of. You have your own bedroom, but bathroom is shared and you have full use of living room & kitchen.

Neighborhood is very nice suburban neighborhood right off hacienda blvd exit off the 60 fwy, very good commuting location and has grocery store and parks nearby. Open to children visiting overnight, but no overnight guests otherwise. No heavy drinking, no drugs or smoking (inside or outside) of any kind. Very important that we split chores and keep common areas clean. There is tons of street parking.

Utilities is $100/ month. Lease is month-to-month.

You can have guests over, but no parties. You’ll need to do a background check (I will apply the background check fee as a credit towards your rent).
