Brooke's room

The house has a washer, dryer, private parking, beautiful backyard and storage space. It is located in North Hollywood, walking distance to the art district and Metro Redline station. It is a three-bedroom house with shared office space adjacent to our room.

My partner and I (M 28 and F 26) are seeking someone to sublet our semi furnished room for three months beginning in February with a possibility of extension.

We are working professionals that value our social lives and enjoy travel, spending time with friends and family. We have a cat, Una, who thinks she owns the place but is very respectful and will become your best friend within minutes. Currently we are not looking to add another pet to the house.
